It's no secret or surprise that Technology Overuse has become our modern day epidemic. Everyone who has worked in the education or social services field, as well as parents, can very clearly see how much this has risen in young people and the effects it has had on their social, emotional and physical well-being and health.

This is not an easy feat to tackle, especially for the modern day family. Parents are working, lives are busier than ever, and the kids are not alright.
