The Koster Kare team is truly making a difference in the lives of children with anxiety. Koster Kare empowers children to face their anxiety in a way which removes the fear and control we typically allow it to have over us. They create a safe, welcoming environment where kids are comfortable opening up, even when discussing vulnerable areas. What truly sets Koster Kare apart is the importance of family involvement by providing families with tools and strategies to continue well past the sessions. The staff have an incredible ability to connect with people, seeing the soul of a person first, and the struggles they face second.
